OFX is seeking a Senior Principal Engineer, DevSecOps to own and evolve the secure paved road across the AWS estate that powers OFX’s payments and client-facing apps. You’ll drive automated pipelines, security controls, and incident response, mentoring teams and shaping the platform roadmap.

You will collaborate with Engineering Directors, Security and Operations to raise engineering standards, enable fast delivery, and ensure compliance.

Formación

• 10+ years hands-on experience designing, building and operating production AWS workloads (multi-account, VPC, IAM, Lambda, ECS/Fargate, RDS).
• 10+ years CI/CD experience across application and infrastructure pipelines with GitHub Actions experience and secure credential handling.
• Software engineering background in at least one language (TypeScript, Python, Go or C#).
• Cloud security engineering including least-privilege IAM, RBAC, SSO, MFA, secrets management and CSPM tooling (e.g., Wiz).
• Experience embedding security controls into pipelines (SAST, SCA, secrets, container and IaC scanning).
• Experience automating compliance evidence against ISO 27001, SOC 2, PCI DSS and AWS Well-Architected Framework.
• Track record leading incidents and post-incident reviews under change control.
• Experience with event-driven/serverless/distributed architectures (SaaS/fintech).
• Clear communication skills for design docs and trade-offs to diverse audiences.
• Availability for on-call rotation and occasional out-of-hours maintenance.
• AWS Professional or relevant Security certification; fintech/payments experience desirable.

• Collaborate with Engineering Directors and Security teams to shape platform and security roadmap.
• Lead by example in code, design and incident response to raise engineering practice and security posture.
• Influence stakeholders across engineering and security with strong communication.
