Job summary

Peoplebank Australia QLD is seeking a Senior DevOPS Delivery Program Support Officer to coordinate Agile delivery across multiple locations in QLD, WA, ACT, VIC, NSW, NT, SA and TAS. The role offers hybrid work arrangements and requires Baseline security clearance.

You will facilitate Agile ceremonies, manage risks and dependencies, prepare executive reporting, and maintain change and release documentation while coordinating resources across competing priorities and stakeholder groups.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering technology solutions in Agile, PMO, or transformation environments.
• Skilled in facilitating Agile ceremonies and governance forums.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills with actionable delivery insights.
• Proven risk, dependency, and RAID management experience.
• Experience managing resources across competing priorities.
• Excellent stakeholder communication and executive reporting skills.
• Experience with stage-gate/audit-ready governance, vendor coordination, SAFe/Scrum/PMP/PRINCE2 certifications.
