Job summary

Peoplebank is seeking a Senior DevOPS Delivery Program Support Officer to coordinate agile delivery across multiple regions with a focus on governance, reporting, and RAID management. The role requires SAFe/Scrum, PMO experience, and strong stakeholder communication.

You will manage resources, milestones, risks, dependencies and maintain change/release documentation in a hybrid work environment. A Baseline security clearance or the ability to obtain one is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering technology solutions in Agile, PMO, or transformation environments.
• Skilled in facilitating agile ceremonies and governance forums.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills with actionable delivery insights.
• Proven risk, dependency, and RAID management experience.
• Experience managing resources across competing priorities.
• Excellent stakeholder communication and executive reporting skills.
• Experience with stage-gate/audit-ready governance, vendor coordination, SAFe/Scrum/PMP/PRINCE2 certifications, and tools such as Azure DevOps, Confluence, MS Project, and Power BI.
