Job summary

Peoplebank is seeking a Senior DevOPS Delivery Program Support Officer to drive Agile delivery across multiple regions in Australia. The role requires coordinating resources, milestones, and governance while preparing stakeholder updates and executive reports.

A Baseline security clearance is preferred, with hybrid work arrangement across QLD, WA, ACT, VIC, NSW, NT, SA, TAS. The successful candidate will manage risks and dependencies, maintain artefacts, and drive continuous improvement using

Qualifications

• Experience delivering technology solutions in Agile, PMO, or transformation environments.
• Skilled in facilitating Agile ceremonies and governance forums.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills with actionable delivery insights.
• Proven risk, dependency, and RAID management experience.
• Experience managing resources across competing priorities.
• Excellent stakeholder communication and executive reporting skills.
• Experience with stage-gate/audit-ready governance, vendor coordination, SAFe/Scrum/PRINCE2 certifications.

Responsibilities
