Qualifications

• 4+ years designing, building and improving scalable enterprise systems across complex environments.
• Experience applying DevOps practices: automation, observability, IaC, and deployment tooling.
• Ability to troubleshoot scalability and performance issues with ITSM experience.
• Leadership and mentoring capabilities across multiple stakeholders.
• Strong interpersonal skills and teamwork with clear communication.
• Knowledge of safe, equitable, diverse and respectful workplace.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deploy software, infrastructure and tool sets for build/test/release of enterprise solutions.
• Assist in building platform pipelines within the capability area.
• Design and improve AI-assisted development, CI/CD, automation and IaC practices.
• Analyze and troubleshoot incidents affecting engineering delivery.
• Assist with design, management and monitoring of systems and platforms.
• Engage with technical teams and business to identify tooling needs.
• Support platform health through upgrades and secure coding aligned with policies.
• Mentor less-experienced DevOps team members.
• Build relationships with internal stakeholders and vendors.
