Job summary

Stockland in Sydney is seeking a Senior Analyst to join the Development Finance team on a 12 month contract, supporting Retail and Communities real estate projects. You will deliver detailed feasibility modelling and commercial scenario analysis to inform investment decisions across our development pipeline, working closely with Finance and Development Managers to provide clear commercial insights.

Qualifications

Four to seven years of experience in commercially focused finance or accounting roles.
A completed, or in progress, CFA, CPA or CA qualification.
Advanced financial modelling and feasibility analysis skills, particularly in Excel.
Strong budgeting and forecasting capability with attention to detail and the ability to communicate complex insights clearly.

Responsibilities

Deliver detailed feasibility modelling and commercial scenario analysis to support investment decisions across the development pipeline.
Provide clear commercial insights that support Stockland's growth strategy.
Collaborate with Finance and Development Managers to guide strategic decisions across Retail and Communities projects.
