Job summary

Stockland in Sydney is seeking a Senior Analyst to join the Development Finance team on a 12 month contract, supporting Retail and Communities real estate projects. You will deliver detailed feasibility modelling and commercial scenario analysis to inform investment decisions across our development pipeline, working closely with Finance and Development Managers to provide clear commercial insights.

Qualifications

• Four to seven years of experience in commercially focused finance or accounting roles.
• A completed, or in progress, CFA, CPA or CA qualification.
• Advanced financial modelling and feasibility analysis skills, particularly in Excel.
• Strong budgeting and forecasting capability with attention to detail and the ability to communicate complex insights clearly.

Responsibilities

What You'll Do

As a Senior Analyst within the Development Finance team, you will deliver detailed feasibility modelling and commercial scenario analysis to support informed investment decisions across an exciting development pipeline.

Working closely with Finance and Development Managers, you will apply your corporate finance and accounting expertise to provide clear commercial insights that support Stockland's growth strategy. Your analysis will help guide strategic decision making across Retail and Communities projects during a dynamic period of expansion.

Experience & Skills That Count

• Four to seven years of experience in commercially focused finance or accounting roles


• A strong foundation in corporate finance or Big Four accounting


• A completed, or in progress, CFA, CPA or CA qualification


• Advanced financial modelling and feasibility analysis skills, particularly in Excel
