Responsibilities

• Support feasibility management and reporting across the development pipeline.
• Manage cash flow modelling and scenario analysis; step in when models get complex.
• Build and enhance Excel financial models and reporting tools.
• Analyse potential developments, expansions and divestments.
• Bring AI assisted tools into feasibility modelling and reporting to cut manual work.
• Partner closely with development managers, finance and senior leadership; push back on assumptions when numbers do not stack up.
