Job summary

Stockland is seeking a Finance Manager to support a high-profile development project in Sydney. This role provides commercial and financial leadership across the development lifecycle to shape investment outcomes.

You will partner with Development and Funds Management teams, deliver feasibility modelling and valuations, and contribute to strategic planning. The position is full-time and based in Sydney, offering exposure to complex development financing and stakeholder collaboration.

Join our Finance, Business Improvement & Performance team as a Finance Manager supporting a high profile and complex development project in Sydney. In this full time permanent role, you'll provide commercial and financial leadership across the development lifecycle, helping shape investment decisions and project outcomes.

An accomplished Finance Manager with expertise in property development feasibility modelling and the commercial capability to support complex development and investment decisions.
