Job summary

Intesols, a Melbourne-based digital solutions agency, is seeking a Senior Developer to lead a Melbourne-based team and act as the senior technical voice on enterprise client engagements. You will shape solution architecture, stay hands-on in a varied stack, and drive delivery across consulting and engineering.

The role blends engineering, consulting and delivery, with a focus on AWS, CI/CD, CMS platforms, and AI-enabled client solutions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of software development experience including leadership of a team.
• Experience with enterprise customers and senior stakeholders.
• Strong AWS experience with CI/CD tooling and deployment automation.
• Hands-on across Python and C#.
• Experience with WordPress and other CMS platforms.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform.

Responsibilities

• Partner with enterprise customers as a trusted technical advisor and translate goals into engineering solutions.
• Lead, mentor and grow a team of developers and ensure high-quality delivery.
• Act as a technical BA to elicit requirements and flesh out buildable specs.
• Create solution architectures for projects including system design and integration approaches.
• Design, build and maintain CI/CD pipelines and AWS cloud infrastructure.
• Deliver across modern tech stacks with hands-on Python and C# when needed.
• Lead builds and integrations on WordPress and other CMS platforms.
• Develop solutions in the Microsoft ecosystem including PowerApps and Power Platform.
• Champion AI tooling to improve productivity and client outcomes.
• Embed security practices aligned with ISO 27001 in all deliverables.
