Job summary

Infosys Consulting in Melbourne seeks an experienced Digital Architect to lead the design and implementation of enterprise CMS, websites and portals. You will define the digital architecture strategy, ensure seamless integration across platforms, and drive innovation for enhanced user experiences.

The role requires leading technical governance, collaborating with developers, UX/UI teams, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable, secure digital solutions with strong emphasis on performance

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in CS/IT or related field.
• Experience in architecting and implementing CMS platforms such as AEM, Sitecore, WordPress, Drupal.
• Strong web tech knowledge: HTML5, CSS3, JS frameworks, RESTful APIs.
• Cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GC) and CDNs.
• Familiarity with DevOps, CI/CD, and automation tools.
• CMS platform certifications (e.g., AEM, Sitecore).
• Experience with analytics like Google/Adobe Analytics.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement digital architecture strategies aligned with goals.
• Develop scalable and secure CMS, websites, portals for growth.
• Evaluate emerging technologies to enhance capabilities.
• Provide technical leadership and governance across projects.
• Collaborate with developers, UX/UI designers, and business teams.
• Establish architectural standards and guidelines for content platforms.
• Oversee end-to-end development of digital platforms for scalability and security.
• Integrate CMS with backend systems and APIs.
• Ensure SEO, accessibility, and mobile responsiveness.
• Manage CMS vendors and technology partners relationships.
• Gather requirements from stakeholders and analyze needs.
• Support vendor evaluation and technology choices.
• Ensure compliance and data protection; conduct risk assessments.
