Job summary

WNS (Holdings) Limited in Melbourne, Australia, is seeking an experienced Lead Developer / Associate Architect to join our dynamic team. You will drive digital application development, shape architecture, and mentor the engineering team across full-stack initiatives using Optimizely CMS, .NET Core, and AWS/Azure.

This role requires hands-on technical leadership, strong cloud experience, and proficiency with CI/CD and TDD.

Qualifications

• A degree in Information Technology or equivalent industry experience.
• Strong expertise in Optimizely CMS or other CMS platforms.
• Proficiency in .NET Blazor framework for web application development.
• Extensive experience in web and API development across multiple business domains.
• Hands-on experience in Cloud development (Azure and/or AWS).
• Strong knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and Test-Driven Development (TDD) tools.
• Proven ability to work with modern development technologies and practices.
• Experience working within leading technology teams in medium to large organizations.
• A track record of successfully managing the end-to-end application development lifecycle.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to engage effectively with both technical and business stakeholders.
• Deep understanding of business drivers and outcomes.
• Ownership and leadership of .NET application design and implementation.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and validate functional and non-functional business requirements in an agile environment.
• Lead the design, development, and implementation of digital applications.
• Develop full-stack applications using Optimizely CMS, .NET Core, and AWS-native capabilities.
• Provide ongoing support and maintenance in alignment with agreed SLAs.
• Apply best practice development techniques to optimize and enhance solutions.
• Mentor and provide technical guidance to team members.
