Job summary

Axiom Technologies is seeking a capable IT Coordinator to provide onsite/on-call desktop support for end users, ensuring timely and accurate service delivery. The role involves Windows 10/11 troubleshooting, Intune and cloud app support, and collaboration with various technical teams to resolve incidents.

You will handle Office licensing, AD/GP management, and app installations, while maintaining thorough ticket documentation and customer communication. 3+ years in a similar role is expected.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Level 2/3 desktop support.
• Windows 10/11 admin troubleshooting (Intune, cloud, thick build machines).
• Provide web app support for Edge or Chrome and cloud apps.
• Familiar with AppV, MS Store Apps, and packaged apps.
• Strong AD and Group Policy knowledge; PowerShell scripting required.
• Able to coordinate with technical groups and fix issues remotely.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-user desktop support onsite or on-call.
• Troubleshoot hardware issues (monitor, mouse, headset, phones) and software failures.
• Maintain Office licenses and manage updates for MS Office and security patches.
• Assist with Outlook issues and collaborate with app owners as needed.
• Document all work in the ticketing system with detailed notes.
