Job summary

CGC Recruitment is seeking a Design Coordinator for a well-established WA commercial builder. You will coordinate design documentation across architectural, structural and services disciplines, aligning deliverables with programme, budget and buildability.

You will work with internal delivery teams, consultants and subcontractors, drive design coordination meetings, review drawings for clashes and support value engineering to improve outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience as Design Coordinator in commercial construction.
• Knowledge of design coordination across multidisciplinary teams.
• Ability to manage design documentation and approvals.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate design documentation across multiple disciplines.
