Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage bookings, enquiries, and daily schedules.
• Maximise chair utilisation through gap management, recalls and treatment plan conversion.
• Process payments, HICAPS, Medicare and patient communication.
• Handle patient enquiries across phone, email, and in person.
• Problem-solve and take initiative.

Smile Studio is QDC's new specialist arm for complex, high-end dental treatment, built around the support patients need from first consultation to final result.

We are seeking a motivated Senior Dental Receptionist to join our supportive, patient-focused team at our Brighton practice.
