Job summary

BioPak in Bondi Junction, Sydney is seeking a Demand Planning Manager to own the end-to-end demand planning process, forecast accuracy and S&OP leadership. You will partner with Sales, Marketing and Supply Chain Leadership while coaching a Demand Planning Analyst.

The role requires 5+ years in demand planning, with strong analytics and a track record of improving forecast processes across multiple levels. A tertiary degree in business or engineering is required (Master's is a plus).

Qualifications

• 5+ years in demand planning and S&OP, ideally within an international corporate environment.
• Tertiary qualifications in business, engineering or a related field (a Master's or equivalent is a plus).
• A track record of measuring and improving forecast processes across multiple levels.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to build a compelling business case.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain demand plans and sales forecasts that drive DIFOT performance and cost efficiency.
• Lead the Demand Planning side of S&OP, presenting forecast accuracy, bias and key metrics to the leadership team.
• Manage product lifecycle transitions so new launches land on time and superseded lines run out cleanly.
• Drive forward-looking improvement projects, including NETSTOCK rollout and evolving S&OP practice.
• Partner with customers on monthly reviews and sustainability-led supply chain initiatives.
• Coach and develop a Demand Planning Analyst, setting clear KPIs and role expectations.
