Job summary

Airco Brands in Melbourne is seeking an experienced Senior Demand Planner to join our Supply Chain team. You will lead demand planning processes, forecast accuracy, and inventory optimisation across our product portfolio, working closely with Sales, Product Management, Customer Service, Operations and Logistics.

You will analyse sales history and market trends to develop accurate forecasts, upload forecasts in SAP, monitor variances, and present data-driven recommendations to support informed

Qualifications

• 4–8 years' experience in demand planning or supply chain planning.
• Strong experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP.
• Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong understanding of Demand Planning and S&OP processes.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and reporting capabilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and cross-functional collaboration.
• Experience across procurement, logistics, and inventory management.
• Mandarin language skills advantageous but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Analyse sales history, market trends and demand fluctuations to develop accurate forecasts.
• Maintain and upload sales forecasts within SAP and conduct MRP analysis.
• Monitor forecast variances and proactively identify significant changes in demand.
• Work with Sales, Customer Service and Product teams to manage stock and new product introductions.
• Participate in and contribute to the S&OP process.
• Present recommendations and analysis to support management decision-making.
• Identify strategies to minimise stock shortages and excess inventory.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across planning processes.
• Review forecast accuracy and develop strategies to improve planning performance.
