Job summary

The Social Services Regulator (SSR) is offering a fixed term / secondment opportunity in Melbourne for up to 6 months. • Design, build and administer the interim digital workspace in SharePoint and the Microsoft Power Platform, including workflow configuration, user access, and case recording structures.
• Translate operational requirements from intelligence and compliance functions into working technical solutions, testing with users and refining processes.
• Automate recurring business processes using Power Automate and related tools to reduce repetition, errors and improve timeliness.
• Extract, cleanse, transform and validate datasets from partner organisations to support intelligence analysis and compliance activity.
• Apply matching and linking techniques to connect incoming information with existing records and manage routing rules under branch direction.
