Qualifications

• Strong experience across performance analytics, data and analytics, commerciale analytics, strategy or a related analytical discipline.
• Hands-on analytical capability using SQL and Python, with experience in Tableau or Power BI.
• Ability to translate complex analysis into clear, actionable insights for senior audiences.
• Experience partnering with senior leaders to influence strategy and decisions.
• Understanding of AI, predictive analytics and emerging analytical capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Analyse client, product, sales and business performance to identify trends and opportunities.
• Develop analytical methodologies and frameworks to explain performance and growth.
• Translate complex data into actionable commercial insights and executive narratives.
• Partner with senior leaders to identify priorities and frame complex questions.
• Develop tools and dashboards to enable targeted client and sales activity.
• Design dashboards and visualisations with Tableau and/or Power BI for stakeholders.
• Explore AI and predictive analytics to improve insight generation and productivity.
• Support ongoing data and analytics strategy for Global Markets Sales.
• Strengthen data governance and data integrity for trusted analytics.
