The Commonwealth Bank is seeking a Senior Product Designer within the Chief Operations Office to shape next‑generation operations platforms. You will own end‑to‑end design within a cross‑functional squad, with autonomy and direction from a Principal Designer.

You will work with Product, Engineering and Data to translate complex operational challenges into scalable experiences, using systems thinking and AI‑enabled workflows to accelerate iteration and improve outcomes for staff and customers.

Qualifikationen

• Strong experience designing complex digital products and platforms end-to-end in cross-functional teams.
• Ability to own and drive design outcomes independently in ambiguous, high‑complexity environments.
• Experience leading discovery, framing problems and shaping direction using evidence.
• Excellent communication, facilitation and storytelling skills.
• Familiar with AI-enabled design and rapid prototyping tools.
