• Provide architectural direction across the Data Platform Engineering (DPE) stack.
• Partner with product and engineering leadership to shape technical strategy.
• Set and evolve engineering standards (CI/CD, testing, security, data governance).
• Oversee major initiatives like data democratisation and platform modernisation.
• Mentor senior and mid-level engineers on complex, cross-domain problems.
