Job summary

We are seeking a Senior Data and Reporting Analyst to help drive informed decision-making with modern reporting technologies.

You will lead reporting design, data quality and governance, work with Power BI, Azure and Fabric, and mentor teams while supporting flexible, hybrid/remote

Qualifications

• Experience in a senior data/BI or analytics role with tooling emphasis.
• Experience delivering enterprise reporting and data warehousing solutions.
• Strong SQL and data processing skills.
• Ability to translate requirements into reporting solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead stakeholder engagement to define reporting and BI requirements.
• Facilitate workshops to determine KPIs, metrics and rules.
• Translate business needs into functional specs and reporting solutions.
• Provide technical leadership across Power BI, Azure and Fabric reporting environments.
• Design, develop and maintain dashboards and management reports.
• Support data quality, governance, validation and governance controls.
• Lead validation, UAT and acceptance activities.
• Mentor peers and share knowledge on BI best practices.
