Qualifications
- Experience in senior data/reporting roles.
- Enterprise reporting/BI solutions using Power BI/Azure/Fabric.
- Strong SQL skills with large datasets.
- Reporting transformation initiatives incl. self-service reporting.
- Understanding of data quality, governance, controls.
- Stakeholder engagement and communication excellence.
- Dashboards, reports, analytical solutions development including testing.
- Leadership and mentoring within data environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead stakeholder engagement to gather reporting requirements.
- Design, develop and improve reporting solutions.
- Translate business needs into functional specs and user stories.
- Provide technical leadership on Power BI and Fabric-based reporting.
- Maintain reporting governance and data quality standards.
- Lead report validation and user acceptance testing.
- Mentor and share knowledge across team.
