Job summary

CoAct is seeking a Senior Data and Reporting Analyst to lead analytics and reporting across the organisation. This remote-friendly role focuses on modern BI tooling, data governance and stakeholder engagement to drive informed decisions.

You will design, develop and optimise reporting solutions, mentor teammates and ensure quality across Power BI, Azure and Fabric platforms, contributing to transformative data practices in a flexible hybrid/remote setup.

Qualifications

• Experience in senior data/BI roles delivering analytics and reporting solutions.
• Ability to translate business needs into reporting requirements and technical specs.
• Experience with governance, data quality and reporting controls.

Responsibilities

• Lead stakeholder engagement to capture BI requirements and KPIs.
• Design, develop and maintain dashboards and self-service reporting.
• Guide migration toward Power BI and Fabric-based environments.
• Analyse data, validate reporting accuracy and resolve issues.
• Mentor team members and share reporting best practices.
• Ensure reporting governance and documentation are up to date.
