Job summary

Talent Corp is seeking an experienced Delivery Manager in Sydney to lead the delivery of strategic data assets and analytics products for a federal government organisation. You will guide a multidisciplinary team of technical specialists and align business requirements with technical solutions to enhance decision-making and organisational performance.

Qualifications

Experience leading data teams and delivering data & analytics change programs.
Strong ability to manage technical specialists to deliver robust solutions within timelines.
Excellent planning across discovery, design, build and implementation of data products.
Experience in Agile and hybrid delivery environments; use Jira to plan, track and measure progress.
Outstanding stakeholder engagement skills with ability to influence outcomes and resolve delivery challenges.

Responsibilities

Lead technical business analysts, data engineers, data analysts and testers to deliver high-quality data solutions.
Manage delivery scope, schedules, resources, dependencies, risks and issues.
Develop and maintain delivery roadmaps aligned with program milestones.
Prioritize development backlogs based on business value and feasibility.
Work with business stakeholders to define requirements and maintain documentation and traceability.
Review designs against requirements and data governance, privacy, security and quality standards.
Coordinate design and testing across CRM, data and integration platforms.
Report progress, risks and issues to senior stakeholders and governance forums.
