The position demands strong planning across discovery, design, build and implementation, and experience with Agile and hybrid delivery environments.

• Develop and maintain delivery roadmaps aligned with program milestones.
• Manage and prioritise development backlogs based on business value and feasibility.
• Define clear requirements with stakeholders and maintain documentation and traceability.
• Review designs against requirements and data governance, privacy, security and quality standards.
• Coordinate design and testing across CRM, data and integration platforms.
• Report progress, risks and issues to senior stakeholders and governance forums.

Working within a Data & Analytics team, you will manage multidisciplinary specialists and bring together business requirements and technical solutions to support better decision-making and organisational performance.

About the role

• Lead technical business analysts, data engineers, data analysts and testers to deliver high-quality data solutions.
• Manage delivery scope, schedules, resources, dependencies, risks and issues.

• Familiarity with AWS, Azure, Microsoft Fabric, Snowflake or Databricks.
