Talent in Sydney is seeking an experienced Delivery Manager to lead the delivery of strategic data assets and analytics products for a federal government organisation. The position demands strong planning across discovery, design, build and implementation, and experience with Agile and hybrid delivery environments.

Qualifications

Experience leading data teams and delivering analytics change programs.
Experience managing technical specialists to deliver robust solutions within timelines.
Strong planning skills across discovery, design, build and implementation of data products.
Experience in Agile and hybrid delivery environments using Jira to plan and track progress.
Excellent stakeholder engagement skills to influence outcomes and resolve challenges.
Experience with project management tools such as MS Project and methodologies like Agile, PRINCE2 or PMBOK.

Responsibilities

Lead technical business analysts, data engineers, data analysts and testers to deliver data solutions.
Manage delivery scope, schedules, resources, dependencies, risks and issues.
Develop and maintain delivery roadmaps aligned with program milestones.
Manage and prioritise development backlogs based on business value and feasibility.
Define clear requirements with stakeholders and maintain documentation and traceability.
Review designs against requirements and data governance, privacy, security and quality standards.
Coordinate design and testing across CRM, data and integration platforms.
Report progress, risks and issues to senior stakeholders and governance forums.
