ManpowerGroup is actively seeking a Sr. Construction & Integration Manager 3 to lead critical data center delivery efforts.

The role is 100% onsite in Abilene, TX, and focuses on directing ITIM-related activities, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring successful project execution. The ideal candidate will bring 5+ years in data center construction, strong leadership, and exceptional communication skills to manage schedules, budgets, and compliance across the full lifecycle of complex

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, PM, or related field.
• 5+ years of construction project management experience for data centers or large-scale programs.
• Experience with schedules, budgets, scope, change control, RFIs, and reporting.
• Experience with contract administration, lease compliance, and stakeholder management.
• Strong communication, leadership, negotiation, and organizational skills.

Responsabilidades

• Support the Integration & Technical Infrastructure Manager (ITIM) through the full lifecycle of a leased data center project from lease execution through handover to Data Center Operations.
• Serve as the ITIM Deputy and Designated Representative in meetings, stakeholder engagements, and project coordination activities.
• Monitor project scope, schedule, budget, risks, construction progress, and operational readiness.
• Coordinate with Microsoft teams, lease providers, vendors, contractors, and project partners to ensure successful project execution.
• Provide project reporting, issue escalation, change management, and stakeholder communication while promoting a safe work environment.
