Job summary

ManpowerGroup is seeking a Construction Program Manager I for a fully remote U.S. role.

You will coordinate datacenter construction, manage scope, schedule, budget, safety, and risk, and serve as the primary contact for stakeholders and vendors across cross-functional teams. Requirements include a high school diploma and 1+ years in data center construction or mission-critical environments; experience with Bluebeam and P6 scheduling is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support the delivery of datacenter construction and mission-critical infrastructure projects.
• Manage project scope, schedule, budget, safety, and risk while ensuring successful project execution.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, vendors, and internal teams.
• Lead project status reporting, KPI reviews, and communication regarding project progress and milestones.
• Support vendor management activities, including RFPs, contract administration, change orders, and cost validation.
