Qualifications

• Approximately 10-15+ years of project/construction delivery experience.
• Strong data centre or mission-critical project experience.
• Head Contractor/General Contractor background is highly regarded.
• Strong understanding of construction methodologies and site delivery.
• Experience across MEP, building services and commissioning.
• Strong programme and critical path management capability.
• Experience identifying and implementing programme recovery strategies.
• Ability to challenge senior contractors and developers constructively.
• Strong commercial and risk awareness.
• Confident operating as a senior client representative.

Responsibilities

• Represent the client throughout construction delivery.
• Provide oversight across the developer and head contractor.
• Lead regular site reviews and developer meetings.
• Monitor programme, milestones and critical path.
• Identify delays, blockers and delivery risks early.
• Challenge contractor performance and drive accountability.
• Identify acceleration and programme recovery opportunities.
• Manage interfaces across GC, electrical and mechanical contractors.
• Monitor MEP, services and commissioning activities.
• Ensure works are inspection and milestone ready.
• Provide clear reporting around programme, risk, actions and recovery strategies.
• Maintain strong relationships across client, developer, contractor and consultant teams.
