Cushman & Wakefield in Sydney seeks an Account Lead to own overall account governance, client relationships, and financial oversight for a data centre account. You will coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure services meet contractual obligations and KPIs.

The role requires leadership across planning, reporting, risk management, and governance, with day-to-day execution supported by technical and operations teams. On-site position based in Sydney.

Formación

• 6+ years of experience in account management, facilities management, data center operations, service delivery, or contract management in a mission-critical environment.
• Strong governance and client relationship management skills.
• Financial and commercial awareness including budgeting, forecasting, and cost oversight.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams, vendors, and service delivery.
• Familiarity with SLA/KPI reporting, risk management, and compliance frameworks.

Responsabilidades

• Own overall account delivery aligned with contractual requirements, client expectations and Cushman & Wakefield standards.
• Act as the primary account leadership point for the client, overseeing performance, priorities, risks, actions and service improvement plans.
• Oversee account financial governance including budget tracking, forecast inputs, spend control, invoicing coordination and commercial risk management.
• Lead SLA, KPI, audit and compliance processes to keep performance visible and on track.
• Coordinate vendors, cross-functional teams across technical operations, finance/admin, procurement and service delivery to manage performance and cost.
