Cushman & Wakefield is seeking an Account Lead in Sydney to own the overall account delivery, governance, and performance against contractual obligations. You will manage client relationships, coordinate cross-functional teams, and drive service delivery while ensuring financial targets are met.

The role reports to senior leadership and requires strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management across the data centre account.

Formación

• 6+ years of relevant experience in account management, facilities management, data centre operations, service delivery, or contract management.
• Bachelor's or Diploma in a business/technical field related to facilities management or operations.
• Proven ability to govern client accounts, manage relationships, review performance, and escalate issues.
• Strong financial acumen including budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and procurement oversight.

Responsabilidades

• Own overall account delivery, ensuring services are governed, measured, and delivered in line with contractual requirements and client expectations.
• Act as the primary account leadership point for the client, maintaining ownership of performance, priorities, risks, actions, and improvement plans.
• Oversee account financial governance including budget tracking, forecast inputs, spend control, cost reporting, and procurement visibility.
• Lead SLA, KPI, audit, compliance, and management reporting, ensuring visibility and closure of issues.
• Coordinate vendors and cross-functional teams across operations, finance/admin, procurement, and service delivery to manage performance and dependencies.
• Provide senior escalation oversight for service-risk issues and client concerns, driving continuous governance improvements.
