Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking an Account Lead in Australia to own overall account delivery, governance, and client relationships for a data centre portfolio. You will coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure service delivery aligns with SLAs, KPIs, and contractual obligations.

The role requires 6+ years in related fields, strong financial acumen, and leadership in governance and escalation management. On-site Melbourne, with a premium corporate environment and clear career development

Qualifications

• Minimum 6+ years in account management, facilities management, data center operations, service delivery, or contract management.
• Proven ability to own account governance, client relationships, and escalation management in a client-facing environment.
• Strong financial and commercial awareness including budget tracking, forecasting inputs, and cost control.

Responsibilities

• Own overall account delivery and ensure services are governed and delivered per contractual requirements and client expectations.
• Act as primary account leadership point for the client and manage performance, priorities, risks and service improvement plans.
• Oversee budget tracking, forecast inputs, spend control, and invoicing coordination.
• Lead SLA, KPI, audit, compliance, and governance reporting and ensure visibility of performance and risks.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across technical operations, finance/admin, procurement and service delivery.
