The Senior Data Analyst within the Clinical Informatics Directorate (CID) is responsible for delivering high quality analysis, reporting and data insights to support evidence-based decision-making across SA Health. The role focuses on interpreting complex health and service data, developing reports, dashboards and briefing materials, assuring data quality and translating findings into clear, actionable information for a range of stakeholders.
The role has a strong emphasis on clinical interpretation of data, translation of findings into practice, and engagement with clinicians and health services.
The role is a senior position within CID and will need to lead and develop others within and outside the team.
The position is customer focussed; customers include consumers, clinicians, the Minister, operational managers and executives to make the right decisions to ensure appropriate, safe and quality services for patients within the public health system in South Australia.
