The Senior Business Analyst is responsible for leading the business analysis components of the relevant Digital Health Project(s), delivering better health outcomes for patients and clinicians across South Australia. The incumbent will work in a complex ICT Project environment supporting the implementation of projects that fall under the governance of the Digital Health SA Board and provides specialist business analysis services to deliver fit‑for‑purpose project and business outcomes.
The role works with business areas to understand their needs, review existing processes and design practical solutions that improve digital health services. They support projects by gathering requirements, assessing impacts, assisting with testing and preparing documentation and training, while working with stakeholders to ensure smooth and successful implementation.
