Job summary

Azeus Systems Limited in Australia is seeking an experienced Senior Customer Success Manager to join our growing Customer Success team supporting Convene, the governance management software used by organizations in over 100 countries.

You will own the customer lifecycle from onboarding to renewal, manage Australian client accounts, and collaborate with senior stakeholders to drive retention, adoption and expansion while travel interstate as required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience in Customer Success or related role.
• Experience in SaaS environment preferred.
• Portfolio management with retention and growth.
• Strong commercial awareness and upsell/cross-sell ability.
• Excellent communication with senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own the customer lifecycle from onboarding through renewal and expansion.
• Manage a portfolio of Australian client accounts with strong engagement.
• Monitor customer health, product usage, engagement, renewals, risks and growth opportunities.
• Engage with customers to share governance best practices for Convene.
• Develop account plans including renewal strategy and growth opportunities.
• Maintain up-to-date CRM records of interactions and opportunities.
• Travel interstate for client meetings and events as required.
