Australian Outdoor Living is seeking an experienced Senior Customer Service Officer based in Minchinbury to lead by example within the Customer Service Team. You will be the first point of contact for customers, manage inquiries, and support the sales team with scheduling and lead allocation.

In this hands-on role you will schedule appointments, record and allocate leads, assist with reporting, and help develop strategies to improve lead generation and conversions.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

As a Senior Customer Service Officer, you will play a key role in supporting both our customers and sales teams. Acting as one of the first points of contact for our valued customers, you will deliver exceptional service while leading by example within the Customer Service Team.

This hands-on role combines customer service, appointment scheduling, lead management and team support, ensuring our customers receive a seamless experience from their first interaction with Australian Outdoor Living.

Key Responsibilities:

• Schedule customer appointments for the sales team.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and respond to customer enquiries.
• Accurately record, manage and allocate leads in accordance with company procedures.
• Confirm appointments and ensure efficient and achievable scheduling runs.
• Support the State Sales Manager with administrative and reporting functions.
• Assist in developing strategies to increase lead generation and conversion.
• Work collaboratively with the Customer Service Team to achieve business objectives.
• Contribute to the achievement of weekly and monthly performance targets.
