Job summary

Australian Outdoor Living is seeking an experienced Senior Customer Service Officer based in Minchinbury to lead by example within the Customer Service Team. You will be the first point of contact for customers, manage inquiries, and support the sales team with scheduling and lead allocation.

In this hands-on role you will schedule appointments, record and allocate leads, assist with reporting, and help develop strategies to improve lead generation and conversions.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, lead generation, appointment setting or sales.
• Strong customer-focus with excellent communication skills.
• Highly organised with attention to detail and ability to multitask.

Responsibilities

• Schedule customer appointments for the sales team.
• Respond to customer enquiries and deliver exceptional service.
• Record, manage and allocate leads per company procedures.
• Confirm appointments and ensure efficient scheduling runs.
• Support the State Sales Manager with administrative and reporting tasks.
