Job summary

Lindsay Australia Ltd is seeking a Senior Customer Service Officer in Brisbane to lead daily customer service workflow within our fast-moving transport and logistics network. You'll coordinate the team, manage orders and freight bookings, build strong relationships with customers and depots, and work with BDMs and KAMs to keep freight moving.

Qualifications

• Experience in a high-volume customer service environment, ideally in transport or logistics.
• Ability to step into a senior role and develop into people leadership.
• Strong communication, relationship-building and influencing skills.
• Excellent planning, prioritisation and time-management abilities.
• Willingness to learn and understand a complex national transport network.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily customer service workflow and prioritise time-sensitive requirements.
• Manage customer orders, freight bookings, jobs and delivery requests.
• Liaise with depots and operational teams to resolve issues and ensure customer requirements are met.
• Build strong relationships with customers, BDMs, KAMs and key depot contacts.
• Support and guide team members, including remote teams.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, systems and the customer experience.
• Develop the operational and leadership skills to progress into Team Leader.
