Job summary

Coates Emerald is seeking a Senior Customer Service Coordinator to support the Area Manager and oversee branch operations at the Emerald location. You will lead a small team, drive exceptional customer service, and manage quotes, purchase orders and hire agreements with a focus on efficiency.

The role requires a proactive communicator with strong multitasking and problem-solving skills, plus solid MS Word, Excel, and Outlook proficiency. A customer-facing background is essential for success.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in customer facing work experience.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to multitask and prioritise.
• Demonstrated problem solving skills.
• Ability to support and lead a team.
• Desire to provide amazing customer experience.
• General computer skills (MS Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Trade, or previous hire industry experience, will be highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-level support to the Area Manager for branch operations.
• Lead and inspire a small team to deliver outstanding customer service.
• Develop quotes, raise purchase orders and enter hire agreements.
• Manage administrative tasks, asset and quality management.
