Job summary

Unilever Australia is seeking a Customer Business Manager - Grocery Nutrition to drive turnover, profit and share across Nutrition at Woolworths, Coles and Metcash. Location: North Rocks.

You will lead JBP development, collaborate with Marketing, CSP, CMI and Customer Operations, and oversee the grocery strategy in-store. You will manage promotional plans and end-to-end budgets, forecast volume and spend, and build a high-performing Nutrition Grocery team to deliver a triple win for retailer,

Qualifications

• 5+ years in FMCG account management.
• Experience on Coles or Woolworths in a customer manager capacity.
• Three to four roles in customer marketing/trade category management and account management/field sales.

Responsibilities

• Deliver targets including turnover, profit, total trade spend, and market winning share.
• Manage development and delivery of the Joint Business Plan with each customer for growth.
• Input into 3-year customer strategy aligned to the customer's agenda and execute it.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align on the JBP and execute category reviews.
• Develop and execute the promotional plan with all customers.
• Own the volume and spend forecasts aligned to S&OP at customer level.
• Lead the grocery strategy execution in-store with the Retail Field Team and 3rd party partners.
• Lead personal development of the Nutrition Grocery team and drive high performance.
