Ellipsis & Company, Melbourne-based loyalty consulting specialists, is seeking a Manager to lead client engagements end‑to‑end and build deep loyalty expertise. You’ll work directly with decision-makers, shape analyses, and own core workstreams in a fast-growing practice that values senior client exposure and real ownership of engagements.

You’ll join a small, high-impact team with hybrid working options across Melbourne and Sydney.

Qualifications

• 4+ years’ experience in top-tier consulting.
• Lead workstreams and manage client stakeholders.
• Strong financial modelling and business-case skills.
• Advanced data analysis and visualization.
• Structured problem solving (First Principles, Pyramid).
• Experience contributing to proposals.
• Proficient in AI productivity tools and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex client engagements end‑to‑end, from scoping to final recommendations.
• Shape problem-solving approach by setting hypotheses and guiding analysis.
• Act as senior day‑to‑day client contact, leading workshops and presentations.
• Build and review financial models and business cases that quantify value.
• Quality-assure deliverables to Ellipsis standards with data storytelling.
• Scope engagements and manage them to time, scope and budget.
• Contribute to proposals and grow client relationships.
