NAB is seeking a Senior Analyst, Credit Strategies in Sydney to influence automated credit decisioning for the Business Lending portfolio. You will work with the Business Lending Credit strategies team to improve customer outcomes through data-driven credit strategies and actionable insights.

You will design, implement and refine automated credit strategies, identify risks and opportunities, and develop reporting on End-to-End credit process health.

Competenze

• Strong numerical and analytical capability with hands-on Python experience
• Understanding of decision science, predictive modelling and data-driven decision making
• Clear communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• Experience in financial services or credit risk is a plus

Mansioni

• Support the design, implementation and refinement of automated credit strategies across Business Lending
• Use data and analytics to identify risks, gaps, root-causes and opportunities to improve automation effectiveness
• Develop reporting and insights on End-to-End credit process health, strategy implementation, performance and control monitoring
• Collaborate with Risk, Product, Data, Automation and Technology teams to deliver risk-aligned credit initiatives
• Contribute to proof-of-concepts using external data, automation and emerging decisioning tools
• Translate technical findings into clear and actionable recommendations for stakeholders
