Qualifications

• Experience in residential and/or commercial mortgage loan processing.
• Strong understanding of lender credit policies and serviceability.
• Ability to manage end-to-end loan lodgements with high accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Partner with brokers and admins to analyse complex financial portfolios and recommend loan structures.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of loan products, policies, and qualification criteria.
• Conduct client serviceability assessments and credit analysis for compliant submissions.
• Drive turnaround times by fostering relationships with clients, lender BDMs, and conveyancers.
• Act as primary contact for clients, delivering updates and managing inquiries.
