Job summary

NAB is seeking an Analyst, Performance & Reporting for the Consumer Cards portfolio in Sydney. You will support performance insights, reporting and governance across the portfolio, helping leaders understand business performance and inform decisions through accurate reporting.

You will collaborate with Product, Risk, Finance, Marketing and Operations to drive outcomes and support budgeting, forecasting and planning processes.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in portfolio management, product management or banking.
• Strong understanding of portfolio performance and business economics.
• Excellent data interpretation and ability to generate actionable insights.
• Experience in reporting, performance analysis or portfolio management frameworks.
• Solid budgeting and forecasting capability.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Executive and Partner reporting for the Consumer Cards portfolio.
• Deliver accurate reporting, reconciliations and insights for decision-making.
• Coordinate portfolio planning, reviews and quarterly business activities.
• Support budgeting, forecasting and financial planning across cards.
• Monitor portfolio performance, identify trends and risks.
• Provide analysis on industry trends and competitor activity.
• Establish performance management frameworks to improve visibility.
• Track progress against strategic objectives and transformation initiatives.
• Support governance activities and regulatory reporting alignment.
• Collaborate with Product, Risk, Finance, Marketing, Technology, Operations and Distribution.
