AXESS OFFSHORE AUSTRALIA PTY LTD is seeking a Senior Service Engineer / Supervisor to lead service and modification work on cranes, winch systems, and material handling equipment, offshore and onshore, with extensive international travel. The role requires 75–100% offshore assignments and responsibility for project execution on site.

Qualifications

• Holds a relevant vocational certificate in mechanics, hydraulics, or electrical disciplines.
• Experience in similar service roles, preferably offshore and/or industrial environments.
• Maintains strong HSE and quality focus across all tasks.
• Fluent in English, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Perform and lead service and modification work on cranes, winch systems, and material handling equipment offshore and onshore.
• 70–100% offshore work assignments as part of service and modification activities.
• Execute commissioning, testing, and start-up of our products and third-party equipment.
• Coordinate with project managers and customers, ensuring clear communication and progress.
• Prepare daily reports and project documentation to verify progress and quality.
