Job summary

iQuanta Global in Brisbane is seeking an experienced Senior Cost Controller to lead cost control for the ETCS Development Program Sector 1 South. You will establish baselines, track budgets, forecast financial performance, and deliver PMB-aligned reporting to enable informed decision-making.

The role requires 8+ years in project controls on major infrastructure, hands-on SAP/Unifier experience, advanced Excel and the ability to integrate schedule, risk and commercial data across multi-package

Qualifications

• 8+ years in project controls/cost control on major infrastructure programs.
• Experience with cost baselining, forecasting and PMB establishment.
• Proficiency in SAP and Unifier; advanced Excel skills.
• Ability to integrate schedule, risk and commercial data.

Responsibilities

• Finalise Sector 1 South budget and consolidate work-package budgets.
• Configure cost structures with Unifier and SAP; ensure data integrity.
• Author and maintain the Cost Management Plan (CMP).
• Establish a PMB integrating scope–time–cost with KPIs.
• Deliver monthly cost reports with variance narratives and recovery actions.
• Coordinate with schedule, risk and commercial to keep forecasts defendable.
