Job summary

HRG Recruitment is seeking a Project Controls Manager for a major rail telecommunications programme. The role blends planning, cost management, forecasting and EV reporting across a broad interface with the Project Director and delivery teams.

The successful candidate will provide insights to influence delivery, manage schedules, costs and risks, and operate in a hybrid environment with occasional travel to project sites.

Qualifications

• Extensive project controls experience on large infrastructure projects.
• Experience in planning, scheduling, cost forecasting and EV reporting.
• Ability to interpret data and advise on corrective actions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain schedules, budgets and forecasts.
• Produce performance reporting with EV, CPI/SPI, variances.
• Collaborate with Project Director and delivery teams to resolve issues.
