American Express in Sydney seeks a Corporate National Relationship Manager on a 12-month FTC. This role focuses on driving growth within an existing customer portfolio through consultative conversations and strategic account management, primarily over the phone with some face-to-face interaction.

You will manage around 250 corporate card clients, aim to increase charge volume, retain customers, and develop client strategies with senior executives.

Qualifikationen

• Previous relationship management and consultative sales experience.
• Ability to influence & grow the business through value-added conversations.
• Strong pipeline management skills.
• Strategic Account Management skills.
• Strong financial acumen and ability to discuss Working Capital and cash flow.

Aufgaben

• Retain and expand the existing portfolio across multiple industries.
• Engage with approximately 250 Corporate Card Clients.
• Achieve annual charge volume and growth targets.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction and reduce attrition across client levels up to C-suite.
• Create client strategies, internal account plans, and account reviews.
• Conduct needs assessments and embed American Express products and digital tools.
