You will work closely with the CFO and external advisers on transaction execution and strategic finance within a private equity-backed infrastructure setting.

The role offers exposure to credit rating processes, debt financing, and capital structure reviews.

Qualifications

• Experience with financial modelling and scenario analyses is essential.
• Experience preparing board papers, investment papers or executive presentations.

Responsibilities

• Support delivery of a major capital management and funding program.
• Assist with organisation's inaugural credit rating process.
• Review and enhance financial models to support strategic decisions.
• Undertake sensitivity, scenario and capital structure analyses.
• Coordinate due diligence and respond to information requests.
• Prepare board papers, executive presentations and transaction materials.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external advisers on project delivery.
• Assess funding options and capital structure decisions.
